By accessing or using Long Covid Liberation websites, memberships, and related digital tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Long Covid Liberation provides educational information and wellness-oriented guidance informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Services, including AI guidance tools, are not emergency services and are not a substitute for licensed medical assessment or treatment.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for activities that occur through your account.

4. Membership Billing and Cancellation

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as shown at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.
  • Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content and tools for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, program materials, workflows, and branding are owned by Long Covid Liberation or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

7. AI Guidance Limitations

AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as educational support only. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for medical decisions. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Long Covid Liberation disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
